When we learn actual skills we can use, the changes we make are often more sustainable and powerful because they are tangible, real-world and easy to learn and use.  That's where Personal Coaching comes in.

We use our many years of formal education, certifications and experience of helping others to help you feel inspired, skilled, empowered, and connected to your own true strength. We stand firm in our belief that the wealth of our experiences have prepared us to guide you.

How is OUR approach different?

It's been shown stress affects us on every level and is often stored as energy, We'll use a transpersonal (mind, body and spirit) approach to get you past the obstacles that never seems to go away. If you're ready to do the work, we’re ready to work alongside with you.

  * There is a difference between this type of coaching and counseling. Counseling gets into a deeper level of experience and is meant to treat specific mental health issues. Coaching is a goal-oriented process addressing specific skills you can use to help move past any barriers, stress or fear you may have that leaves you feeling “stuck”. If you are in therapy, we’re happy to work in conjunction with your therapist if you are in therapy, even one outside of our office should you wish, to provide feedback and provide progress reports, with your consent. It is strongly recommended, however, that you discuss this with your therapist prior to working with any coach, whether it be us or someone else, as sometimes the therapeutic treatment plan may conflict with, or include, some of the skills offered.

How does it work?

Personal Coaching is done distantly via phone and email. We'll talk first to make sure we both feel we're a perfect fit. To keep it simple, we offer different package options to suit your needs and preferences. Why make life more complicated?

Upon review and acceptance, we’ll contact you to arrange our first session. Payment can be made here online prior to any sessions we have. But please, don't send any payments until you've been accepted into this program by us.
